Journal Set Up

First Post or start of Topic

Students must set up their own topic. There is a Sample topic located here. All the codes and post orders are in the sample topic but they also have their own topics as well for those of you who might get confused. If you follow the topic descriptions they say first post, second post and third post. They get posted in that order. Please do not change anything on how it is laid out or how to title your topic. Any change beyond changing the colors if you want and editing the url's you will lose house points. Please this is how I want your topics started and laid out. If you are confused please ask me before you do anything and I will start your topic for you. Okay with that said and a little rambly please follow the directions.

You all should be able to start topics in this forum if you can not please, please, please let me know so I can fix that.

Go to and click start a new topic

In the Topic Title please put the following:
Name // Id number

Put the above, filling in your name and ID number, and nothing else in the topic title

Leave the Topic Description Blank I will be editing later.

The body of the starting post should be the following:

Feel free to change the colors if you want but fill it out completely. All I ask on the colors is that it is readable nothing overly bright.

Once that is done hit Post New Topic.

Those are all you should be posting until the end of the term. You just update the third post through the term.

While I revamp the website a little we can get started with this once you make your topic.

Fourth Journal Post

This post should be from me telling you what internship you will be in.

Fifth - Last Journal Post

This can be either your summaries for tasks or your final essay. The very last post you do in your journal should be your exit essay. The very last post I do in your journal should be my grade sheet and what quill(s) you earned and with what grade.
